Return and Exchange
At SHAKA Online, product quality is of utmost importance to us. We are working towards highest customer satisfaction with their purchase. In case of any issues with your SHAKA Product please refer to the guidelines below.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of two weeks, else SHAKA will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to firstname.lastname@example.org and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in entirety.
ALL couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. SHAKA will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
If the product cannot be repaired the same will be replaced without any additional cost to our customers.
Your SHAKA product is covered for life for any manufacturing defects. All you need to do is notify us your issue on email@example.com and we will either repair/replace the product.
After having placed their order, customers may cancel their orders at any time, if we have already despatched the product, after receiving the product customer will need to return the product on their expenses. So there, buying your SHAKA product and returning it is as simple as a few clicks on your smart phone.
