We will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in entirety. If the product cannot be repaired the same will be replaced without any additional cost to our customers.

Your SHAKA product is covered for life for any manufacturing defects. All you need to do is notify us your issue on info@shakaonline.com and we will either repair/replace the product.
